Billiard Shop has benefited from the knowledge attained from over 30 years of industry experience acquired by its founding members, Paul Niesler,Glenn Niesler and John Perkins. Their invaluable knowledge, experience and support has seen Billiard Shop expand to eleven locations Queensland wide, namely Macgregor, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Townsville, Aspley, Cairns, Hervey Bay, Mackay, Loganholme and most recently Rockhampton. Successful operation and ongoing expansion has ensured that Billiard Shop is rapidly becoming a household name as the dominant force in the billiards and home entertainment markets.

SUPPLIERS & RELATIONSHIPS

Billiard Shop now boasts an annual turnover in excess of six million dollars,and treasures the value of a lengthy relationship with its major table and accessory supplier. Billiard Shop has benefited from this relationship & many other successful business relationships.

Billiard Shop and its major table supplier participate in annual trade shows and exhibits gaining further exposure and valuable experience. Billiard Shop is pleased to provide customers with the opportunity to purchase the highest quality products and services at competitive prices. Billiard Shop staff ensure customers are given advice based on experience, attained from years of industry involvement.

BEING A PARTNER

The expertise of Billiard Shop Management is essential in the selection of suitable locations for business expansion and recruitment of future business partners. Nine of the established eleven shops currently in operation are managed and operated by a business partner/s who is responsible for the day to day running of each particular store. Billiard Shop business partners share the common goal of creating business wealth and success, which is directly related to the performance of each shop. Billiard Shop has proven sales and management systems in place to help achieve these goals.

Administration, technical and sales support are constantly on hand to ensure each Billiard Shop meets and exceeds its forecasted earnings. Billiard Shop provides its partners with comprehensive Book Keeping & Accounting services and support, account reconciliation, payroll and tax obligations such as BAS. Billiard Shop outlets are required to submit simplified administrative reports to Billiard Shop on a weekly basis, and are provided with comprehensive procedure manuals to assist with these duties.

Information Technology and Telecommunications support is also available within the Billiard Shop group and via Corporate Telecommunications Account Management. The business infrastructure of Billiard Shop maximizes the partner’s time and efficiency to operate their store.

MARKETING

Radio, Television, Newspaper, Internet and other print media are selected marketing solutions utilized by Billiard Shop. Group Advertising and a consistent and lengthy history with major and local media has generated great buying power and experience for marketing campaigns.

Each Billiard Shop is assigned to service an exclusive territory. EXISTING STORES

Rockhampton is the latest outlet to join the Billiard Shop chain. Having opened in March 2007, it is yet to show its full potential.
